Input/Output Enterprises is thrilled to announce the return of Anton the Undying in A Cleansing of the Blood, our second anthology to feature the gladiator turned vampire enforcer.
In A Cleansing of the Blood, Anton struggles with the consequences of his bloodlust and turns to Bregit, the vampiress who turned him and Mortark of North America, for a solution.
But a threat to Bregit's rule is growing. As the forces of darkness threaten the fragile peace between the humans and the magical world, will Anton discover a plot against him and Bregit in time?
Find out in Scott Harper's A Cleansing of the Blood!
The anthology, which is now available for preorder, contains eight short stories featuring Anton and other creatures from the supernatural world.
A Cleansing of the Blood will be released in paperback and as an ebook on December 5, 2022.
This is author Scott Harper's second anthology of stories featuring Anton the Undying.
Scott's first anthology, The Name of Fear Collection, received praise for its "crisp, pithy prose" (Andrew Boylan, Taleisin Meets the Vampire) and for its world-building (Stuart Conover, The Horror Tree).
Scott's work has been featured in several Input/Output Enterprises publications and we're thrilled to bring more tales of Anton the Undying to Life.
Preorder the ebook of A Cleansing of the Blood, a great Christmas gift for your favorite horror fan on Amazon.

About Scott Harper
The world was just a tad dull and unimaginative for a young Scott Harper growing up in 1970’s Southern California. He found a creative outlet in the world of Marvel Comics, fervidly devouring the monthly adventures of Iron Man, Hulk, and Captain America. Later, his tastes turned toward the Marvel black and white magazines’ more esoteric horror province, faithfully following titles such as Dracula Lives! and Tales of the Zombie. Influenced by these works and such great authors as Bram Stoker, John Steakley, and Marv Wolfman, Scott’s unique writing style combines horror and fantasy elements with superhero-style action. When not writing, Scott spends his time either reading, working out at the gym, adding to his model collection, or walking his two dogs. He lives in California with his wife and son.
